Free marketing audit — this month's applications close in 00d 00h 00m 00s

Google Ads ManagementBuy attention. Count what it returned.

A Google Ads agency in Prayagraj that sets up conversion tracking before spending a rupee — so you know which keyword produced which enquiry, and which enquiry produced a sale.

In short: most underperforming Google Ads accounts in this market fail for the same four reasons — no conversion tracking, broad match with no negatives, traffic sent to a homepage, and slow follow-up. Fix those and the cost per lead usually falls 30 to 50% on the same budget.

What the free audit shows you

  • Whether your conversions are being tracked correctly at all
  • Search terms you are paying for that you'd never choose
  • Your real cost per lead, by campaign and keyword
  • Landing page problems costing you conversions

Four reasons Google Ads accounts fail here

We audit a lot of accounts in this market. The problems repeat, and none of them are about clever bidding.

1. Conversion tracking was never set up

This is the big one, and it is present in most accounts we look at. Without conversion tracking, Google's algorithm has no idea what a good outcome looks like, so it optimises for the only signal it has: clicks. You end up paying for the cheapest clicks rather than the ones that turn into customers.

Worse, you cannot tell afterwards which keyword produced business. Six months of spend, and no answer to the only question that matters.

2. Broad match with no negative keywords

Broad match is Google's default, and it is profitable — for Google. Without a disciplined negative keyword list, a coaching institute bidding on "CA coaching" pays for "CA coaching free", "CA coaching jobs", "CA coaching salary" and "CA coaching books PDF". None of those people are enrolling.

We review the search terms report weekly for the first two months and build the negative list from what your money is actually buying.

3. Traffic sent to the homepage

Someone searches for a specific course and lands on a homepage listing eleven courses. They have to hunt for the thing they wanted. Most don't.

Every campaign gets a landing page built for that search, with one offer, one form and no navigation to wander off through. This alone typically moves conversion rate more than any bid change.

4. Nobody follows up fast enough

An enquiry answered within five minutes converts at several times the rate of one answered the next day. In most businesses here, form submissions land in an inbox nobody watches, or in a WhatsApp group at 11 PM.

We route every lead to WhatsApp instantly, with an automatic acknowledgement, so the prospect knows they have been heard while they are still interested. That is usually the cheapest conversion improvement available.

What we run

  • Search campaigns — the core. Exact and phrase match on the terms that carry buying intent, with a negative list maintained weekly.
  • Performance Max — once there is conversion data worth feeding it. Not before, because PMax without conversion signals is a budget shredder.
  • Remarketing — the 95% who visited and left. Cheap, and it does much of the closing.
  • YouTube — for categories with a long consideration cycle, such as coaching admissions and property.
  • Call-only campaigns — for clinics, services and anything where people would rather dial than fill a form.
  • Local campaigns — driving footfall and calls to a physical address.

Your account stays yours

We work through manager (MCC) access on an account registered in your name, with your card attached. You see every rupee in real time. If we part ways, the account, its conversion history and everything it has learned stay with you.

Agencies that run clients inside their own account are holding the history hostage. Leaving means starting from zero. Ask any agency you are considering whose name the account will be in, and watch how they answer.

And we don't charge a percentage of spend

A flat monthly fee, based on how many campaigns there are and how much work they take. Percentage-of-spend models reward the agency for spending more of your money, which is precisely the wrong incentive when your goal is a lower cost per customer.

What a realistic cost per lead looks like

Category matters far more than city. These are ranges we see in and around Prayagraj — useful for sanity-checking a quote, not a promise:

CategoryTypical cost per leadWhat drives it
Coaching & education₹250 – ₹600Seasonal. Costs spike in admission months.
Clinics & healthcare₹200 – ₹500Call-heavy. Strong map pack support lowers it.
Real estate₹800 – ₹2,000Qualification matters more than volume.
D2C & retail₹80 – ₹300Judged on ROAS rather than cost per lead.
B2B & manufacturing₹600 – ₹1,800Low volume, high value. Patience required.
Home services₹150 – ₹450Speed of response decides the outcome.

The number that actually matters is cost per customer, not cost per lead. A ₹900 lead that closes one time in three beats a ₹200 lead that closes one in fifty. That is why we track the enquiry through to the sale rather than stopping at the form submission.

The first month

Audit and access — week 1

We review your existing account or set up a new one in your name. Competitor ad research, keyword volumes and a budget plan with a target cost per lead, agreed in writing.

Tracking — week 1

Conversion actions, Google Tag Manager, GA4 links, call tracking and WhatsApp click tracking. Nothing goes live until a test conversion records correctly.

Landing pages — week 2

One page per campaign, built for that search. Fast on mobile, one clear action, form routed straight to WhatsApp.

Launch — week 3

Search campaigns first, tightly matched, with a starter negative list. Ad copy tested in pairs from day one.

Optimise — weeks 4 onward

Weekly search term reviews, bid and budget shifts, new ad variants, landing page tests. Monthly call on cost per lead and what changed.

Ads and SEO belong in one plan

Paid search tells you within two weeks which keywords actually convert. That is expensive information, and most businesses throw it away. We feed it straight into the SEO programme, so the pages we build organically target terms already proven to produce enquiries — and as those pages start ranking, you can pull budget off the keywords you now get free.

Run separately, you pay twice for the same lesson.

Minimum recommended ad budget: ₹30,000 a month. Below that a campaign rarely gathers enough data to improve.

Google Ads questions, answered straight

What is the minimum Google Ads budget for a business in Prayagraj?

Below about ₹20,000 a month there is rarely enough data to optimise with, so the campaign sits in learning mode and the cost per lead never settles. For most local categories ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 a month gives a campaign enough volume to be improved rather than guessed at. High-competition categories such as real estate and medical need more.

Do I pay you my ad budget?

No. Your Google Ads account stays in your name with your card attached. We take manager access. Our fee is separate and invoiced by us. If you ever leave, the account, its history and its learning go with you.

How quickly do Google Ads produce leads?

Campaigns typically go live in week three, after tracking and landing pages are built, and enquiries usually start within the first week of spending. The first two to four weeks are as much about gathering conversion data as about volume. Cost per lead normally settles by week six.

What is a good cost per lead here?

It varies by category rather than by city — coaching enquiries commonly run ₹250 to ₹600, clinic appointments ₹200 to ₹500, real estate site visits ₹800 to ₹2,000. But the number that matters is cost per customer, not cost per lead, which is why we track the enquiry through to the sale.

Why did my previous campaign not work?

In most accounts we audit it is one of four things: conversion tracking was never configured, so the algorithm optimised for clicks; broad match with no negative list burned budget on irrelevant searches; traffic went to a homepage instead of a page built for that search; or nobody followed up fast enough. The account is usually salvageable.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. A flat monthly fee based on the number of campaigns and the work involved. Percentage models reward an agency for spending more of your money, which is the wrong incentive.
