Admission-season campaigns, batch-wise lead tracking and counsellor follow-up that actually closes — built by people who teach digital marketing for a living, in the city where coaching is the industry.
Why us for this: our founder trains digital marketers at NDMIT — over a thousand so far — and runs campaigns the rest of the week. We understand admission cycles, counsellor workflows and why a lead answered on Tuesday is already enrolled somewhere else.
Five working days. No charge.
UPSC and UPPSC aspirants, SSC and banking, NEET and JEE, CA and CS, and every skill course in between. Students move here from across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh specifically to study. Georgetown, Civil Lines, Katra, Allahpur, Dhoomanganj — each locality has its own cluster, its own reputation, and its own price expectation.
Which means two things. The demand is enormous. And so is the noise. A student comparing institutes has fifteen options within walking distance, forty hoardings on the way there, and a WhatsApp group full of opinions.
Being good is not the problem. Being findable, comparable and quick to respond is.
Two weeks before the session starts, someone notices thirty seats are empty and a budget appears. But campaigns need two to three weeks just to gather enough conversion data to run efficiently, and by then every competing institute is bidding on the same terms. You pay peak prices for an unoptimised campaign, during the narrowest window of the year.
The institutes that fill batches consistently start six to eight weeks out, at lower cost, with campaigns that have already learned.
They are two different buyers with two different anxieties. Students want to know about faculty, batch timings, doubt-clearing, study material and whether their friends are going. Parents want to know about selection records, fee structure, safety, attendance reporting and whether this is worth the money.
A single ad that tries to speak to both persuades neither. We run separate creative, and usually separate landing pages, for each.
This is the one that costs the most and gets discussed the least. An admission enquiry answered within five minutes converts several times better than one answered the next day — the student is comparing three institutes right now, and the first one to call has an enormous advantage.
In most institutes, enquiries arrive in a form inbox nobody watches, or a WhatsApp group at 11 PM, and get worked through on Tuesday. By then the student has enrolled elsewhere, and the ad spend that produced that lead is simply gone.
Ask most institutes which campaign filled their morning SSC batch and you get a shrug. Without batch-level tracking you cannot tell whether your CA campaign is subsidising your banking campaign or the other way round, so next season's budget is a guess again.
Each course and batch gets its own campaign, its own keywords, its own landing page and its own budget line. When the morning batch fills, we shift its budget to the evening batch the same day rather than at the end of the month.
Not the homepage. A page per batch, with the things a student actually checks before enquiring: fee structure stated plainly, batch timings, faculty with real credentials, past results with real numbers, the exact address with a map, and one form.
Institutes hide fees hoping to force a phone call. It mostly forces the student to check the next institute, which does state them.
For most institutes this single change moves enrolment rate more than any increase in ad budget would.
Paid campaigns spike with the admission window. Organic search works underneath them the whole year, for the searches students run months before they enquire: "best SSC coaching in Prayagraj", "UPPSC coaching fees Civil Lines", "NEET coaching near Dhoomanganj", "CA foundation classes Allahabad".
Each of those deserves its own page, and almost no institute in this city has built them.
Every enquiry carries its campaign, keyword, batch and landing page into your lead sheet. When the counsellor marks it enrolled, that outcome flows back against the source.
After one season you can answer the question that decides next year's budget: which keyword produced paying students, not which produced form fills. Most institutes have never had that answer.
| What you'd normally see | What we set up |
|---|---|
| "We got 180 leads this month" | 180 leads → 61 contacted within 5 minutes → 34 counselled → 12 enrolled |
| Cost per lead ₹410 | Cost per enrolment ₹6,150, against a course fee of ₹45,000 |
| "Facebook is working well" | Morning SSC batch: 7 enrolments from Search, 3 from Meta, 2 organic |
| Budget split by guess | Budget moved weekly to the batch that is still filling |
A working timeline for one admission window. Run it twice a year and the second one costs less than the first.
Batch list, fee structure, target enrolments per batch and a budget per batch. Landing pages written and built. Tracking configured and tested before anything runs.
Search campaigns go live at low budget on high-intent course terms. Cheap at this stage, and the algorithm starts learning while competitors are still asleep.
Meta campaigns open: faculty introductions, result announcements, campus and classroom footage, student testimonials. Remarketing pools start filling.
Full budget. Early-bird fee offers, demo class registrations, scholarship test promotion. Separate creative for parents and students. Counsellors on five-minute response.
Remarketing to everyone who enquired but did not enrol. Last-seats messaging on the batches still filling. Budget pulled off anything already full.
Enrolment data back against source. Which keyword, which creative, which batch. That report is what makes the next season cheaper.
Each has its own search behaviour, season and buying committee.
Long consideration cycles, heavy research, faculty reputation decides it. Content and YouTube matter more than offers.
High volume, price-sensitive, fast decisions. Search and WhatsApp follow-up do most of the work.
Parent-led decisions. Selection records and safety messaging carry more weight than batch timings.
Students compare pass percentages and faculty by name. Result pages rank and convert year-round.
Outcome-driven. Placement data and course structure sell; brand barely registers.
Hyper-local. Map pack and proximity beat almost everything else.
Replace with your own documented numbers before launch.
In and around Prayagraj, enquiry costs commonly run ₹250 to ₹600 outside peak season, and higher during admission months when every institute is bidding at once. The more useful number is cost per enrolment, which depends on how fast your counsellors call back. A ₹500 enquiry answered in five minutes beats a ₹200 enquiry answered on Tuesday.
Six to eight weeks before the batch starts, not two. Students research for weeks before enquiring, and campaigns need two to three weeks to gather conversion data before they run efficiently. Starting late means paying peak prices with an unoptimised campaign.
Both, and they want different things. Students respond to faculty, batch timings and doubt-clearing. Parents respond to selection records, fee structure and track record. Campaigns that address only one lose the other, so we usually run separate creative and separate landing pages.
Every enquiry carries its campaign, keyword and batch into your lead sheet or CRM. When the counsellor marks it enrolled, that outcome flows back against the source. Within one season you can see which keyword produced paying students rather than just form fills.
Yes, if it's focused. A small budget spread across four courses and three platforms produces nothing measurable. The same budget aimed at one flagship batch, one locality, one channel usually fills that batch and gives you the data to expand from. We'd rather prove one batch than dilute across five.
Word of mouth is your best channel and nothing replaces it. But you can't turn it up when a batch is underfilled, and it doesn't reach students who moved to Prayagraj this month with no local network. Search catches exactly those people, while they're comparing institutes.
Tell us about your institute and your next intake. Within five working days you'll get a written audit: where enquiries come from now, how long they wait for a callback, what competing institutes are bidding on, and a batch-by-batch plan for the coming window.
